Word for the day - Power and Authority. Greek. Power - dunamis (doo'-nam-is). Force (literally or figuratively); specially, miraculous power (usually by implication, a miracle itself). Authority - exousia (ex-oo-see'-ah). Privilege, i.e. (subjectively) force, capacity, competency, freedom, or (objectively) mastery, delegated influence. Luke 9:1 Then He called His twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases. 2 And He sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick. Notice that Jesus called all of His disciples together and He handed over to each of them the power and authority over all demons, and to cure all sicknesses. Demon possession and sickness are separated as two different problems. Jesus gave them this power ["dunamis"], and authority ["exousia"] to take control over Satan himself. Meditate on this, and try to understand that Jesus gives you this same power and authority through the Holy Spirit, for it is not you that does it, but He. So why would you worry about evil coming into your life, when in the name of Jesus you can order it out of your life. Remember from the last chapter, the evil spirits knew that Jesus and those with the power and authority could order them back to the abyss, and they would have to go. They will run from you, so why would you fear any of them. So why did Jesus give this power to the disciples? Before Jesus sent any of His disciple out on a mission, He made sure that each of them had the gift of healing, and authority over evil spirits. You will know if you have these gifts and are called to do mission work in the field.

We ask that as we make plans in our moves, that You lead, guide and direct our paths so that we may best serve You. We know that You will plant us where You want us, and where we may be of best service to You in helping Your children see the truth of Your Word. And also as citizens of this great nation, help bring about reform in our government and in our communities, to once again become a nation united in our reverence of You, and to be richly blessed by You. Word for the day - Commandment. Greek - entole (en-tol-ay'). Injunction, i.e. an authoritative prescription. 1 John 3:23 And this is His commandment, That we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as He gave us commandment. 24 And he that keepeth His commandments dwelleth in Him, and He in him. And hereby we know that He abideth in us, by the Spirit which He hath given us. What is pleasing to God? That we should try to study and do what He has instructed us to do. We are to keep His commandments, and when we fall short, we ask His forgiveness, and pick ourselves up and continue in our work for Him. John is commanding us to love our Christian brothers and sisters. This is the key commandment that is the key to our success, that we love one another. If you fail at this commandment, forget about that list of wants before the Lord. We are to do the things that please our Lord Jesus Christ. We are to be doers of the word, and not hearers or talkers only. There is pleasure in helping the brethren and teaching His Word. However there is also a time of discipline when you must break off fellowship when a brother in the Lord becomes lazy in the work of the Lord. When Christ enters you, His Spirit automatically enters you, and you feel the presence of the Spirit, and you know that He is with you. Don't be afraid to ask, and if God made you a promise, then claim that promise.

There isn't any specific prayer to say, but when you pray it, ask it in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. James 5:14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, having anointed him (cp. Mark 6:13) with oil in the name of the Lord: (Olive oil = El [God] ah Yah [Father]. You may anoint yourself and pray for healing. The power to heal does not belong to the elders.) 15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. (God does it if we obey Him. You can anoint yourself for you are an elder, you have understanding of His Word. It is not the "oil" that does the healing, but the obedience of the sick believer, and his faith in following the Word of God. His faith is there because God's Word has stated that it should to be done in this manner for the healing. The act of anointing is the placing of the olive oil with a touch on the forehead. It is your obedience and faith in carrying out the act that brings about the healing. This anointing applies to your homes also that are sick and filled with confusion and evil spirits. It is the place where the entire family comes together, and many times those spirits can cause trouble for the entire family. This is why we must also take control over our homes also, when necessary. When we anoint our homes, we are to use the example of the anointing in the first Passover, by anointing the doorpost where the entry into the home is. The anointing is to be the same as the anointing of the sick person, "in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ". At Jesus name all evil must flee so don't forget to tell those evil spirits to go back to where they came from. They know personally where they belong. Take a little oil and place it on the door mantle, and pray that the Father will protect all persons inside your home and that nothing evil can pass through that threshold and enter your home, "in Jesus name." It is not a ritual, but a prayer of faith. It works and it should be done as necessary.

Isaiah 11:6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. 7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. 8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den. 9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. The little child is one of the most helpful people in the world, wanting to always help in their most simple ways. There is no defense for their motives whatsoever, for their motives are pure. Here we see this little child with the wolf, the leopard, and the young lion and the small child will be perfectly safe amongst them. This is because God has destroyed the wickedness. This is the Millennium age, and there shall be an overflowing of truth at this time. It is obvious that these conditions have not come to pass yet, for each of these animals stll act in the ways of their nature today. The asp would strike the child, the cows and bears don't eat together, and the lions simply doesn't eat straw. A lamb is wolf meat and there is no way that the two would lie down together without the wolf eating lamb chops. Did you note that in each case of the comparison it was between a domestic animal that God created for Adam to tend to, and the other was a creature from the wild. The purpose of each domestic animal was to provide a service to man, to provide wool for cloths and meat, to give milk, to plow the field and so on. The other animals were of the six day creation that God put in the wild for man to hunt, to kill and to manage. Then we have the child that would touch the actual serpent itself, just like the two innocent ones in the Garden of Eden that touched the serpent and we know what happened to them. It shows us that at this time the lawless one is destroyed and all wickedness is gone with him. There are very few teachers that go to this depth with these verses, but we are trying to seek out the deeper truths from the manuscripts. Remember from I Corinthians 15: 50-54 Paul says that he does not want us ignorant concerning God's time, that in the wink of an eye, all will be changed from these flesh bodies to our new incorruptible bodies.

Good day to You dear heavenly Father YHVH. It seems as though throughout our history we have been a rebellious People. Sometimes that rebellion is bad, especially when it's against Your laws and commandments. However, sometimes it's good, especially when it's against oppressive governments and rulers.This nation of ours was set up by such a rebellion over 235 years ago, when we gained our independence from Great Brittan. Now we have a leader that is bordering on the line of being a dictator, and a monetary system that is robbing the people and should never have been set up the way it was. We know that You are in control Father, and that You set up kings and rulers. We ask that You help us set straight the original intent of our constitution, and that our nation be healed of the evil forces that have altered that intent, so that there be no need for us to rise up and rebel again. Psalm 90:16 Let Thy work appear unto Thy servants, and Thy glory unto their children. 17 And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish Thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish Thou it. Let each of those that read with understanding pass on their understanding to their children and those that have the eyes to see the truth. This lets us know that if you claim His name, He expects you go do work for Him. That is the only way that God's Word goes out to the world at this time, is through the work of His servants. No you are not saved by your works, but by your works done for Him you demonstrate your love for God. It is through the work of your hands that Father's plan will take place. That is what Christianity is all about; for it is not a religion, but a way of life. It is not a bunch of fluff and lazy people laying around waiting for their great flight out of here, but God wants an army that is committed to Him and willing to stay in the field working until the return of our Lord Jesus Christ at the seventh and last trump. Those not willing to become part of that plan will be taken by Satan at the sixth trumpet, and in their ignorance worship work for the wrong messiah. God is building a Christian army that care about all the truths and warnings of His entire Word. Those of that army will be of use to Him in these latter times.

There's a time to do it, that is when the time is right. God is telling the lazy person to gain wisdom from watching the ants. They have no leader yet it is their nature to work diligently in order to be prepared for what is to come. They are even a good example for preparation for war. Some colonies are found to have many chambers, like a 10 story building with granaries, nurseries, defensive holds, etc. The ant take the food where ever it is and how ever God has provideth for them. When the ants see the food and crumbs on your table, they know what to do, and they do it with no hesitation. The ant knows it's time for work from the time for rest.

Good day to You dear heavenly Father YHVH. We ask that You hear our pleas, our calls out to You, and we take this very seriously, for the removal of Barack Obama as the President of the United States. He is not for us, he is against us. He sides with our enemies and gives away vital information, instead of it trying to keep it from getting into their hands. He won't allow us to produce our own oil, but instead forces us to buy it from our enemies. And so many other things, were he does not listen to the majority of the people to do that which is right and just. He doesn't reverence You as leader of our nation. He doesn't even mention Your name when giving thanks. And occasionally just mentions You at the very end of a speech. To us he is a treasonous person, and we have laws to remove such a person. So Father God, we would ask that You give to our representatives the unction from Your Holy Spirit to set in motion proceedings to remove him, and to see that they are followed through with to the very end. Let them hear the calls from us, the citizens of this great land also, and to know that we are united in this cause. We ask this of You Father in Jesus Christ's precious name, and through the power of Your Holy Spirit. Amen.
