My guess is everyone is too scared of the repercussions should they speak out. It is hard to speak up when you have not been leading by example though and since most Republicans have made poor decisions and given in to liberal viewpoints the last few years they are going to be hard pressed to speak out. We need some fresh faces in government without the skeletons in the closet most of our leaders are carrying with them.
