Banks are the only ones its seems who are making mega profits in a stagnant economy. Salaries are a recurrent expenditure which digs into the profitability both short and long term, so what might be a better approach would be a better profit sharing scheme (if one exists). In this way when the bank profits, so do the contributors and it will be directly linked.
