I use the trails at least 2 time a week. Often when it's dark and rarely used. I have not had a problem, not once. This has been going on for probably ~6 years. I say the trail is an asset and not a liability.

Please. This would happen with any property that was being bought out or sold. If you don't pay something, a lien is placed against your property. It's how the system works.

If people would try to understand their policies, they wouldn't have this problem.

And yes, Penford probably had multiple lawyers and departments even to handle their insurance, and probably knew of the limits and exclusions under the policy. They may have even begrudgingly had the highest limits, but when they want their money back, boy do they fight. Understandably, but what a mess!

Regardless of the deplorable conditions that people are living in across the universe, you sound bitter. Also, domesticated animals are most often reliant upon people to take care of them. Humans are most often self-sufficient.
