http://www.journal-advocate.com/ : Sonnenberg\'s bill to drug test for welfare advances - Journal Advocate

I would like to know how being drug tested for WELFARE is a violation of anyone's rights? Would it be because that person is or was using drugs and could be arrested? Most of the people in Sterling or other towns that is on WELFARE will have a new TATTOO on their leg or arm or large body piercings some where on their person. I would think that a drug test would prove to some people that you would be drug free and could be hired for most jobs, if you are looking for work. The State of Colorado needs to address this problem and support Sonnenberg for stepping up to the plate for better control of the states program and stop the finanical waste of tax dollars.....
