The Constitution of the United States having limited the power of the Federal Government to those powers specifically enumerated, and retaining all other powers to the states, respectively the people, no law or regulation may be enacted that may infringe on the rights of the people to control commerce, education, and the natural resources of their respective states.

Congress being the only entity entitled by the Constitution of the United States to coin money, the Federal Reserve Board shall be abolished and the currency of the United States of America shall be based upon the gold standard.

No person in campaign for elected office may accept any monies for his or her campaign except for those funds which may be provided for the campaign by those homesteaded citizens of the state or district for which said elected office represents.

Each Member of Congress must be homesteaded in the state and district from which such member shall have been elected and said member shall spend a minimum of one (1) contiguous week every two (2) calendar months in residence of said state/district, for the exclusive purpose of conferring with his or her constituencies in open forum to be held at the convenience of said constituencies.

Science having concluded that a single cell ameba shall constitute life, the right to life shall not be denied to any human being consisting of one or more cells except as has adjudicated by a jury of ones peers, and then only for murder or high treason.

No bill or issue presented before committee or congress may be joined or added to. Each issue must be presented and voted upon on its own merits.

Members of Congress, having been selected by the people of their respective states and constituencies to serve the interest of said people, shall be entitled to such pay as the people of said constituencies shall deem appropriate, and be paid by of their respective States. No funds of the federal government shall be used for payment or benefit of members of congress, nor shall any retirement, health, or other benefit be available to Members of Congress except as may be provided for by their respective states and or districts.

The people of the United States of America having delegated power to the Federal Government through the Constitution of the United States; every member of Congress involved in debate of any issue shall be required to cite the applicable article or amendment of the Constitution of the United States to which said issue is connected and explain how the power for said issue is permitted by the Constitution of the United States. Respectively, every federal court decision, to include the United States Supreme Court, must rely solely upon the articles and amendments of the Constitution of the United States for the basis of its decisions, and must explain in their decisions to cite the applicable article or amendment on which their decisions are based.rt 2

All powers exercised over a nation having a beginning, and it being repugnant to the principles of representative government for a body to grant itself power, and all powers of a government not delegated by the authority of the people having been usurped, and to preclude accumulation of error, the Constitution of the United States shall be the sole source from which the government may exercise power.

I don't believe so. The problem is, as they have proven in the past, that they will do whatever it takes to retain power, ie. which way is the wind blowing today. No, we need to go out and search out their repacements from those, like us, who have had enough. Ltc. Ret. Allen West come to mind here in Florida. We need to be involved in this at the street level.

Friends, I agree that the current temporary occupant of the White House and the Part Time Temps currently taking up space in the House and Senate should be sent a message. The problem is that they haven't listened to any of the other messages we have sent, for years. It's not that they cannot hear us, it's that they won't hear us. Their egos and their power are the only things they will respond to. Power comes money. And as we have all seen, these "Politicans" have used our money to create the largest Corporate Wellfare Program imaginable, to insure the continued flow of money to their campaing funds from it's benefactors. They will never listen to reason. Their vision is focused only on themselves. We must start reaching out to other Americans. All of us must go out and bring at least one more into the cause. If nothing else, we can watch in amusement in 2010 as they continue to steal their offices once again.
