I.m also really mad at myself for not understanding our country' race issue.
Just because the guys that wrote the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence were white does not mean that they didn't understand the importance of equality.
I'm pissed off at myself for not realizing that even though we are a bit different and look a bit different, we are still friends. We are the same and it has been the job of politicians to keep us apart.
I am ashamed and I refuse to do this further. I am a Rush Limbaugh Republican and this is what I believe.

I'm really mad at myself. I can't believe that I was bamboozled by the general media into disliking Michael Jackson. I bought the line that he was a pedophile and I along with a plethora of others in this crappy world didn't see that the poor bastard was just a nice guy who couldn't convince us that even though he was a weirdo, that he was probably a good enough guy.
I would like to be able to apologize to him but then I suppose his death prohibits this.
I am angry with every person that could have helped him and didn't, and I sort of wish I could have talked to him as if it would have done any good.

The important thing is the fact that you saw a crowd of like minded citizens. We all did. Here in Richmond VA where it was cold and raining we had more than 2000 people. I expected 500 or less.
This thing really worked. It even surprised Limbaugh and Savage.
The best thing is knowing that the message got out and we responded. The worst thing would be to prefer false inflated numbers like the "Million Man March" where the participant count will always be disputed.

Our only hope is the ballot box. Persuade your friends and family to vote, tell people what you think, but until you can vote the most important thing for you to do is let everyone know what you believe and why, and then if you're 18 in 2010, vote the undeserving incumbants out. Idendify candidates that reflect your values and vote them in.

I know this comes out of nowhere, but I swear that clip of Susan Boyle on Britain Has Talent is phenominal.
Everyone I have watched it with has cried, not me of course, but there is something beautifully moving about the performance.
Now the downer.
I watched that phony, cheese eating Clot, Diane Sawyer interview Susan on NBC and she looked like the elitest plug of snot she truly is in the face of someone simply pure and human.
Just thought I'd bring it up, if you haven't seen it, look it up.

Yeah, I've seen 'em and so probably have you. You can't identify them though because they all have their HEADS IN THEIR ASSES.
