Forty years ago, thousands of people did not have healthcare, but went to children hospital, and University Hospitals, and General Hospitals to get major surgeries, to have children, we had to pay according to our status, and if we did not have money. We were not forced to pay until we could. Now young people will be forced to get insurance once a year pay for it, and if they don't will have to pay a fine....and they may never have to go to the Dr. for any reason, because they would be healthy. and they would be able to pay out of pocket fees for minor health care.
