When a hospital took 51% controlling interest in the medical clinic I was working for. The layoffs started everyone who had long term years and those that made the most in the departments got their papers. I now work in a very in the news sort of hospital, I found I was making way less than I used to, my rent gets higher and the bills coming are higher. I would not be surprised to see myself in the same position. As of late I have not made any bad choices. Am I to not get emotional if I end up on the street? I currently do not even qualify for getting food stamps! Am I to believe it is because I somehow would be choosing to be homeless? I think not! LOL. I adapted her from a friend of mine who had been given a choice, to have her put down or her husband would leave her. I found her to be a one person cat. As I adopted her, she adapted me. It was a match made in heaven. She knew when I was sick and was always there to comfort me. When I was glad or sad, she knew! I loved her with all my heart and miss her terribly( as she passed, as of 2 years, February). I feel as though she is still here with me (smile!). I still have her cat food in my emergency kit!
