Intriguing - excellent research and analysis Could this be related to “universe shattering” ? Could this be what Glenn Beck had when he said it would tear the country apart – never mentioned again? For what purpose is the 1982 Consent Decree? other than the stated purpose which prohibits the GOP from calling voter fraud vs the Dems in any district where minorities are the majority, and who sponsored the bill, who voted for the bill – so that is why we have 140% voter turn-out in some Ohio precincts with 100% voting Obama?! GOP requested that SCOTUS revisit the issue, but it was denied? Why if the above info is correct?
