What a waste of taxpayer money. Inept operators from the DOJ, with no police experience, investigating poilice work. This must have been a scam by the NAACP or the Urban League. Go to Detroit, or Cleveland where they shoot a couple dirtbags every day.

It's all about "race" and not just people to these social service and social "justice" advocacy groups, with their hand out to be funded by the taxpayer. They are creating a job for themselves while demanding tax payer funding.

Big union money runs this sad state of ours. Every time I hear a striking teacher say they are "doing it for the children" I get more anti-union. I would have more respect for those academics if they just yelled "show me the money."
