"basically a good person"... ah, there's the rub. Define 'good'... and if that's the final say on the matter, How 'good' does one have to be? 'Good' by, say, a Puritan's standard, or a Hun's, or better yet, good compared to Mengeles or Stalin or Hitler. Gee, even I'm 'that' good.

You're talking 'bout Dennis Hopper, right? What would Frank Booth say to such whimpy behavior?... dare say ol' Frank would bitch-slap him silly.

This so-called conservative is reeling from the love-fest that greeted Sarah Palin by so-called, and accurately so, LibTards. And spelling Christian with a small 'c' while bracketing it parenthetically is just sooooo disturbing. You truly know how to offend. OK, kidding.... I could care less. But I seriously do hope you get it straight before checking out of our little temporal time and space continuum... eternity is a long time to ruminate a costly error.

I've seen construction----- actually, I've seen the same construction CREW (of CAL-TRANS workers) working on the same sad, weary viaduct at the #134 and Alameda Avenue in Burbank for over ONE FULL YEAR. Seriously, my 12 year old niece and her pals could finish up this job quicker, and for less: You could pay 'em off with free DVD's and iTunes gift cards. Meanwhile, with all this inglorious construction----- and by the way, How would a Chicagoan know there was more or less work on the infrastructure this summer? There's always work being done on the Ike, the Edens, the other Expressways, work that's been done every spring and summer since the dawn of time and the combustible engine. Meanwhile something doesn't quite gel with your oh-so-rosy and optimistic picture of the nation's economy: The Unemployment Figures. With your analysis I'd at least expect something under 7%... and from you, something far less obtuse. All of which shoots holes in my theory that Libs were supposed to smarter than the rest. Kidding. I never, ever thought that.

I hope you're right... as Crowley has nothing to gain and everything to lose. He is a great man, and great men should realize that bad company (...such as Gates and O) can, and often do, corrupt good character.

What's your problem? It seems like a pretty simple and straightforward request. Much can be gleaned from looking at a person's academic record. Or would you prefer to blindly follow Charles Gibson and Katie Couric on this one? All through the '04 election America was told by the MSM that John Kerry was soooo much smarter than GW, only to have that backfire when their actual GPA's were made public. But as a Lib, you prove the old adage correct: Never let the facts get in the way of the truth. Why else would you get into such a 'wow are you for real' snit over the release of el Presidente Tele-Prompter's college transcripts?

What is it with this guy----- and for that matter, Reid, Pelosi, Gore and a few others--EVERYTHING is of the utmost URGENCY, as if we would never have survived almost 10,000 years of recorded history without THEM bailing and helping us out at every turn.
Sorry, Hojo, that sucks. Hopefully, for you personally, better days are in store. Same as above on LA dining. Bucky don't play that game no more. It's fun watching the 'eateries' and watering holes dry up along Ventura Boulevard.
