He is a repeat offender and still had a long sentence that he was paroled on. Mr. DePoy has en extensive criminal background/record. Any offense he committed was going to put him in jail for most of his life. Mrs. Morris can and should call the office before she goes in to find out exactly what was needed. Remember you are dealing with government and there are laws and codes to go by.
