I'm fascinated by Cruz's suggestion that Trump's supporters are low-information voters.

Low information is when you don't know you're ineligible to be president.

The Huffington Post is making the next move on the chessboard. Let Obama violate the law, and then use that violation to justify letting everyone else break that law.

This should be made to backfire on the Huffington Post. No, Cruz is not eligible, and neither is Obama.

NB: Wayne Madsen is the very enterprising journalist (he reports to his own subscribers) who wrote the long article about Obama's sex life in Chicago. If it had been even reasonably reported on and discussed, that would've been the end of Obama's 2012 campaign.

Cruz may be a citizen because of his mother. But he is not a natural born citizen, which is a much higher threshold.

People should stop conflating these two things.

His own story tells us that he is equally a citizen of Canada and thus cannot be president.

That graphic above is excellent. Only 12 words. Everything is there.

You might add phrase at the top something like: U.S. PRESIDENTS MUST BE A ...

If lots of sites start posting this, the public might catch up.

(BTW, I finally saw 13 Hours and recommend it highly. Michael Bay is one of our great directors. Bravery by the ton; and in the background, we suspect, Hillary and Obama sipping after dinner brandy.)

Re: "our free for all Government." Finish the thought. In other words, the government and atmosphere that Obama has created

He got away with it, so now these other guys think they can get away with it. Down the road we will see some kid born in China and the Democrats will say his mother always loved American TV.... And the father once visited America.... so the boy must be a natural born citizen.

How hard can it be to hack into a database and change a name or city? Or for that matter to create a wholly fake birth certificate? Fighting these battles now is going to save us from fighting much worse battles later on.

To Mike Volin:

The word "lies" is a powerful word. Good. Be dramatic and punchy like that all the time.

Too much of this debate is contained in verbose, boring language that NO average citizen is ever going to read or understand. (You have to have that serious stuff available but you LINK to it as reference material.)

The article at the top of this page may be okay for lawyers. I suspect that even for them it's murky. The more I look at it, the more I'm thinking this might not even be intended to work. I write about education; I can assure you there is a lot of education that is not intended to work. So I've become very cynical. Point is, people have to know in two seconds exactly what you're saying.

Here's a sentence that I use a lot: "Obama, Cruz, and Rubio are not eligible to be president." Then explain it in one or two sentences. People are forced to deal with what you're saying. Make them prove you're wrong.

Also, you have to disentangle citizenship from presidential eligibility. Two separate things. I've seen more than 100 discussions where sentences are discussing two separate items next to each other. The only way you are going to defeat the sophists is to be totally clear and simple. Get this thing down to the eighth grade level. Get the case down to 100 words. Tell the Supreme Court what they must decide when they take the case.

Strangely enough, Cruz set the example of perfect simple English when he said a year or two ago that to be president, I think it was: "you need two citizen parents and born on the soil." Make an ad out of that.

Mixing history, constitutional law, jurisprudence, and logical reasoning together in one complex puzzle is a sure way to make sure you lose everything, Stating things tentatively is another good way to invite defeat.

Six months ago, Trump impressed the hell out of me by this simple statement: "Hillary should be in jail." Now, that is beautiful prose. If you're serious about winning this debate, let that be your model.

The question is, if people really wanted to get out of this mess, how does it work? If the president and Congress are guilty of complicity in the biggest hoax ever perpetrated, what happens to them? Then what do we do?

I've known from the beginning that the main thing saving Obama is that the very thought of dealing with this mess is terrifying. (Sort of like the national debt that Obama has driven up so high.) It might be helpful if some legal people would map out a way for us to withdraw from the Obama quagmire. Step by step.

I think our situation is like a guy gets married and has some children. He then marries and has some more children but without bothering to get divorced. He then marries and has some more children. The second and third marriages are not legal, the wives and children don't have the legal protections they think they have. At some point you have to go back and decide the law at each point.

He admits he's done no research. He is confusing citizenship with eligibility. We expect a lot more from Mark Levin.

Cruz may be a citizen because his mother was an American. But his father was not an American, so Cruz has dual citizenship and is not a natural born citizen.

I have seen 100 articles on this topic and I finally figured out what they were saying. We expect Levin to do the same.

Please, I urge everyone, stop mixing up discussions of citizenship and eligibility.

They are separate things. From what I can tell, Cruz may be vulnerable in both areas.

But for me, having two parents who are citizens is the most important thing. We don't want divided loyalties, which is precisely the problem with Obama. He's got more close relatives in Africa than in the USA.

Obama, Cruz and Rubio are not eligible to be president.
