And he said that citizenship was different in England, where there was no requirement that both your parents needed to be citizens. And get this: in England there actually was a historical law text, called Blackstone's Commentaries. It said anyone born "within the realm" of England was a "natural born subject". That's where the Founding Fathers got the "natural born" part, because - duh - they were lawyers trained in English law, not Swiss philosophy. That's why every court since Wong Kim Ark has ruled that "born on US soil to two US citizens" is NOT THE LAW in this great land of ours.
