It bothers me that this person who is clearly not a terrorist is being repeatedly harrowed and unable to clear his name. But what bothers me more is that our 'no fly list system' and the people implementing are clearly inept.

Although this post is some weeks later, it turns out that OBL's was tracked down in part from information obtained by Kaleid Sheik Mohmmed who was waterboarded in Guantanamo Bay. Although I still believe water boarding in principle, this adds a new layer to the debate.

I want my vote to be counted, so if I feel there is any chance that it may not with these machines I'm going to opt for a paper ballot. In fact, I always vote early because I don't really trust the ancient people who work at the polls.

Okay, but I don't think that the fact that a speech incites anger which could lead to violence is a legitimate justification for censorship. The site contains no direct incitement to violence and -+there is no immediacy to it since it is a static online document. Inciting anger is a necessary part of political rhetoric, and just because someone becomes angry doesn't mean that they should go out and kill someone. Perhaps it will prompt them to vote, call legislators, protest, etc. The fact that a few disturbed people engage in violent acts because of things like this is their fault--and their fault alone.

"Brought to justice" does evoke certain connotations, but the picture does show an abortion doctor on trial--not being murdered. I don't think the government should be in the business of inferring intentions.
