There was a football (soccer) player over here in England named Fabrice Muamba who suffered a heart attack while playing (thankfully he's still alive). He was in his twenties and it just shows that you can be one of the healthiest, fittest people but it can happen to you too. You just never know.

You could maybe have Flair get 'attacked' by The Shield. That way you can keep him out the ring and have him manage instead. It also keeps both factions at 3 men each.
