Become informed, then form an opinion. The tired argument of just complaining about something without being informed really gets old. I support the plan and think it is a step in the right direction for Marion. If you don't support the plan that's fine, just know what you are or not supporting. As a side note I'm happy to see businesses affected actually being informed and participating on the committee despite their objection to the proposal.
