Dear Fish Czar,

I am so glad that the administration has finally established a program which will truley be beneficial to many, many Americans.

The Fish Health Care plan is a great idea.

I have guppies and am having trouble with little white spots on their tales. Any recommendations on what to do would be appreciated.

Oh, by the way, I am not a Republican nor am I a Democrat. I am a concerned AMERICAN BY BIRTH citizen who is very troubled by every facet of this administration and its accompanying band of fools in Congress (All Inclusive).

I walked through my den one day and had a young lady, with 2 young children (wild as could be), who was visiting with my wife, asked if she could leave her 2 heathens with me for a month. She complimented me by noting that my children were so well behaved and hoped I could do the same for her's. I told her it was too late, you have to start when they are about 24" long.

My son is now a student at LSU (having a hard time with that, "GO DAWGS") and the times i have visited and stopped by his and his 2 roommate's apartment, i have been surprised and proud to find the TV on Fox News, Bill O'Rielly. On his Face Book page, he has his political affiliation listed as "Conservative".

A generation from now, people in some other country will be watching as we, under the protective eye of THEIR military, pull down a giant statue of Omoomba, it crashing into the street as we jump around shouting for joy.

Driveway is really not that long but the Whippoorwills and Hoot Owls and Crickets and Tree Frogs were really kickin' in about that time.

As I see it, money is not going to improve school performance one iota.

I was in school when segregation began. In the ninth grade I was in an all white high school.

The tenth grade I found myself in an integrated school with a near 50-50 B-W ratio. I was in the same school with most of the same teachers as in the ninth grade.

School suddenly got easier. The homework load got lighter. Tests got simpler.

If these were not facts you would be justified to call me a racist. They are facts. I am not a racist.

Two changes would do more for improving school performance than $10 billion:
1) Segregation
2) Discipline (the ass whoopin' kind).

I do care very much but Wednesday was garbage day on our street and I needed to go get the garbage can down at the street and put back behind the garage just about the time Omoomba was sashaying towards the teleprompter, I mean podium.
We have an ordinance in our community that prohibits leaving the can at the street overnight.
