But as the season went on, I began to watch him and watch how he operates. I realized that as the season went on he seemed to lack the basic energy required to coach a big 10 program. Whether the team would be up by 5 or down my 30, whenever he calls a timeout, as the players huddle up, all he does is clap his hands and walk around aimlessly. It is so frustrating to see a coach so calm and content in all of these miserable game situations. I'm sure he hates losing just as much as the fans, but he needs to be a little more emotional and show that he cares. Every time he is asked a question about a player transferring, or something similar, he just says that he hopes they don't transfer, but he could see why they would want too. He just seems like a pushover who cant fight for his team or take a stance on anything.
