It's because the Rock Band Network works through the XNA system. Sony has no such system in place for user generated content so instead HMX ports over 5 well-selling RBN songs a week. Now I'm sure that Discord will sell enough to get on PS3, but there's still a minimum waiting period of about a month or so before any new RBN can go on PS3, regardless of sales.

Thanks for the suggestion! If I had any idea at all how to use RB3 CONs (let alone how to get a hold of TU4) I'd definitely give his customs a shot. Perhaps I'll have to make a point of learning how :)
