Instead of Hardy, though, I'd have preferred Kurt Angle as a first time ever match. But the fact that they're putting two babyfaces in the main event is pretty ballsy in my opinion - it would have been easy enough for them to put Ray there just to have a face vs heel, but they went with something I personally wasn't expecting. I'll admit, though, my initial reaction was annoyance - not because of the choice, but because I think Hardy is just, like, the biggest douchebag on the face of the earth...BUT I'm willing to admit that this is an interesting match. As for ROH and Matt Hardy - as someone who was there in Chicago last night when he came out...people are pissed about this. At least everyone within twenty feet of me was. As someone who hasn't given a shit about the Hardys since 2002, I'm just as puzzled about this move as anyone. He was booed out of the building practically...not sure what they expected, tbh.
