What was most sad is there was a child in one of the tents at Freedom Plaza. The activist parents are willing to deal with the elements but it's wrong to subject a kid to this.

And as for why the Tea Party cropped up when it did and not earlier? Maybe it had something to do with a Democrat House, Senate and President ramming health care down the throats of the American people?

Like they should talk. The left has been taking to the streets, claiming to "want to take the country back" for decades and we considered it their right of free speech. When we do it, they bitch.

Granted, Intense Debate hides old comments, but I don't seem to recall all this stuff about unity and loyalty when I named her Bonehead last year, in fact I believe there was mostly agreement about the fact the Tea Party should not be co-opted and politicized.

What a difference a year makes.
