I agree. Goshen needs improvements that a new name is not going to provide.

This a big waste of time and money. If the people who are making private donations could find a better cause, and the $10,000 is spent somewhere else Goshen would be better off. The change in the name is not going to change people's opinion of Goshen. And the $10,000 estimate is probably way low. The cost of the change will go on for years as everything the city owns will need to be painted again and the cost of the new signs. This is just wrong.
And they have already hired a company to survey people around town? Money and time spent already. What a waste!

But just try and get past Barney Fife with a cell phone and see what he does to you. What a bunch of screw ups they have in there to let this happen. They are lucky the worst thing he did in there was run, what if he grabbed Barney's gun?
