hello from another fellow californian! he's definitely feeling the pressure. Given that Sid Lowe has re-reported this alleged outburst between Ramos, Casillas and Mou, (http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2012/jan/23/mourinho-real-madrid-sid-lowe) I'd say this is definitely not an "alleged" argument. And my money will be on Casillas. As much as I hate Mou, he does have a point of Ramos not following direction. Look what inter achieved by simply following his direction til death (albeit with the grand helps of ref, which Madrid receives anyway). That being said, who the eff says Ramos is stupid? He has hit Mou in the one weak spot where it hurts the most. Oh and, Mou picked on the wrong guys, had it been arbeloa (or anybody with less status in the spanish NT) it might not be as bad for him. Being in the capital of spain, you don't mess with their beloved saint captain.
