I dunno...remember that solder on the gixxer last spring that hit that persons car so hard it tore the bike in 1/2? Instant death (bummer for the rider), but also totalled the car. I've been riding for 35+ and I fully support requiring bikes carry at least liabilty.

This is just plain sad......no parent should ever have to bury their child. You know....I'm pretty sure that by them changing the terms of your contract like this, the contract is null and void unless you agree to the changes. Looks like you can walk on 1/15/12 without a early term fee if they do make the charge....
