NO MONEY CAN BE TAKEN BY ELECTED OFFICIALS FROM ANYBODY BUT INDIVIDUALS - AND LIMIT THE AMOUNT. Also limit the amount of money that can be spent in any election, so that we can have politicians that are not rich or beholden to any groups.
