I guess it depends on how it's written and what the stipulations are. I had some reservations about organ donation too. I had learned from some who were in comas but then recovered, how their families were badgered constantly by the doctors to end the life of their loved one just because they had signed up as organ donors--but then the patient miraculously recovered. Thankfully, the family followed their gut instincts and stuck it out. However rare those cases are, it makes you pause and say, "But, what if?" It's a tough issue.
