pastapadre.com : Jay Cutler To The Bears

This is why Pasta is awesome! So quick with the news and dead on with the hypothetical trades. Bears are taking a gamble with Cutler now and mortgaging their future but could be worth it considering that they still have many of their Superbowl defensive starters but who are aging. Should have a favorable schedule this season too. Packers/Bears games will also be much more interesting to watch now. If you got rid of the Lions, NFC North should be a pretty decent division.

pastapadre.com : Most Likely Destinations For Jay Cutler

How sweet would it be for the Seahawks to get Cutler. Don't think they're interested in real life especially since he's a whining bee-otch but no doubt he would improve the Seahawks in Madden 10 and make the Seahawks a very fun team to play with in the game. If Childress was smart, he'd trade Tarvaris Jackson, their 1st round pick this year and next year for Cutler and make a push to save his job and win a superbowl before all their stars get too old.

pastapadre.com : 2009 Madden Mock Draft 4-6

If the Hawks take Sanchez with the #4 pick, I'd be PO'ed and so would the entire Hawk's Nest! Padre, are you kidding me? A backup QB with the #4 pick? It's not like Sanchez is a Carson Palmer or Eli Manning who you know is a franchise QB and you just need them to sit on the bench for a season to learn the system. Screw that! Doesn't make sense in the Madden world or the real world! Hawks need a playmaker at #4 like Crabtree, Monroe, Orakpo, Raji or hopefully Curry - all whom are more deserving than Sanchez as the #4 pick.

pastapadre.com : 2009 Madden Mock Draft 1-3

The Seahawks have a lot of $ locked up in their WRs but you can never have enough playmakers. Crabtree opposite Houshmandzadeh would surely resurrect Hasselbeck's career if he can stay healthy. If this year is another bust for the Hawks, they can surely grab a better QB next year with Bradford or Tebow. In my opinion, with the #4 pick, the Seahawks will select either Crabtree, Orakpo or trade down to select CB Vontae Davis and another draft pick. However, should Aaron Curry fall to #4...consider the Seahawks to have the best defense in 2009!
