Ditto. First I'd be thanking God! Then we'd be packing our bags to move to our new home. We have an opportunity to move to Denver, my husband's company headquarters is within minutes of Stapleton and we have the A-ok to move but just don't have a house. Now if we won...first thing would be to walk around the house while periodically fainting with emotional overload. Cry a little. (That would be me crying while hubby and son made fun of me. lol ) Eat in that awesome new kitchen. Then we'd stay up all night just staring around every nook and cranny. I'm sure my hubby would spend the night scoping the eco benefits and gadgets as that's his thing. Oh Em Gee, I will be sitting here in anticipation from now, till then!

Oh and I don't care if my dogs are dirty or not....they're getting baths in their shower just because! lol

Oh ma Gosh! We had a major cable/internet issue, the main line was accidentally cut by our neighbors and we were without internet the LAST TWO DAYS of the Green Home contest! I was so bummed! All I could think of was AHHHHH.....I CAN'T ENTER! lol

Hopefully it doesn't hinder our chances. Stupid neighbors!

That pink is so happy! But my favorite color is green. (No pun intended. LOL) I would maybe change it to greens/browns/creams. Love the headboards.

Ok...now adding the 11th coolest thing about this home...I just read that the Stapleton neighborhood has it's own community chicken coop! LOL How neat is THAT!

I just love the floors throughout this home. Still pretty enamored with the pet shower too. It just screams cool and useful! lol
I also really love how the driveway and garage are behind the house vs right out front.

Hubby sees this as a man-cave or a home office. I see it as a little room for our four pet sugar gliders. LOL What can I say, I'm a woman!
It's hard to see the size of it though, the video (though totally appreciated) came out kinda dark. Did anyone see what size it is or the size of that extra storage room?

We are so very much wanting to move to Denver, my husband's job is within a 15 minute drive from Stapleton. He already has the permission to transfer. I read that the schools are great, colleges too. Love how it's a dog friendly area. My husband is enamored with the green factor. He's a big waste conscience man. (When I use too many paper towels...I REALLY hear about it!) I read here that the house is small but I doubt it's much smaller than the one we're in now so to us, it'd be great. Too big a house is too much to clean anyways. lol
We are are tired of South Florida, the schools are horrible. Really bad. Only a beach for outside fun and that got old 15 years ago. Sending out my 'Secret' energy to the Universe for this house! :p It sure would make our lives better, especially for my son which is most important. I envision us doing outside family things that we just cannot do here because they don't exist. This place is just perfect in every way.

I have to ask as I've been wondering....can doggies go potty on that artificial grass out back? If it would not discolor...clean up would be much easier than normal grass I'm assuming.
