If they tap out their own tax bases, they will simply put the burden on all state taxpayers (who will also be paying for the added costs of state pensioners). What problem? Oh they will wring hands, posture, threaten to reduce oxygen in their communities, say govt. has been cut to the bone, etc., but they know precisely where they (and we) are headed. Maybe Pat Toomey can fix everyting?? </description>
