He has been voted one of the most influential young attorneys in America, he is a constitutional genius and one of the most conservative politicians anywhere. As Solicitor General of Texas (The AG's appeals attorney) he argued before the Supreme Court and won the case allowing the Ten Commandments to be displayed at the Texas Capital. He filed suit (and won) against President Bush when President Bush tried to stay executions in Texas based on international law. His dad escaped from Castro, arrived in Austin, unable to speak English and worked his way through The University of Texas as a dishwasher. He will be a conservative hero for all Americans.
