why do surveys at the food pantrys? Why not have the guy who sells ID's out of the trunk of his car at the flee market do the survey? They could get 100% results from people who need ID's and the fact that they are liars in the 1st place, buying and using Fake ID's, all they need do is check the box, "Because of New Law" on the survey form.. And How many of the Food Pantries are run by churches? I guess the ACLU has NO PROBLEM with religion as long as they can use it!
