Maybe if the fiancée administered CPR or cleared his airway it would have made a difference. It's possible that the person didn't know they hit someone with their car.

Your reading comprehension escapes you once again. The report clearly states that the daughter has a serious medial condition that requires medication, not the mother. You also seem to have first hand knowledge of watching parents beat eachother up...

Why call 911? It's not an emergency, use the non-emergency number.

Also I'd be more concerned about the alien crop circles in the image rather than the kids being traumatized over finding a dead animal in a park.

I thouroughly enjoyed watching the video. It was entertaining. If you watch the video the suspect has his hands in his pocket and when he's shoved he drops (throws) something from his hands. It could of been a weapon. The officers actions were justified.
