Big Peace : A Disgrace: We Can No Longer Pray For Heroes At The Veterans National Cemetery?!

Are you claiming to be infallible? Are those that you politically agree with infallible? Those great men may have been fallible humans but at least they had more honesty in their thumb nail than you will ever posses throughout your whole life. Even if religion is a fantasy as you claim, they never would have advocated for the eradication of religion or would have demanded the incarceration of individuals that practice it publicly.

Would you perfer quotes from more than one term presidents that were founding father? in 1774 July. (A Summary View of the Rights of British America) "The God who gave us life, gave us liberty at the same time."[1]fact Thomas Jefferson 1813 June 24. (to John Wayles Eppes). "The earth belongs to the living...The soil is the gift of God to the living."[13] Thomas Jefferson The ways of Providence being inscrutable, and the justice of it not to be scanned by the shallow eye of humanity, nor to be counteracted by the utmost efforts of human power or wisdom, resignation, and as far as the strength of our reason and religion can carry us, a cheerful acquiescence to the Divine Will, is what we are to aim. GEORGE WASHINGTON, letter to Colonel Bassett, Apr. 25, 1773 I am not a religious fellow. I do ask myself though, if the Founding Fathers saw the issue as you do, then why did they not correct it when they wrote the Constitution?

Exactly. No groveling or begging for permission, just run the memorial the way it was originally planned. Show these anti liberty thugs that we no longer recognize their authority. Our dead service members deserve no less.

Big Government : Indoctrination Fridays: Curriculum Teaches Kindergartners to Unionize

The sky is falling!! Our children are behind the learning curve and will have a hard time competing with other nations that are properly educating their future generations. You think that China schools its children on how to unionize or about homosexual relations or do you think they actually teach them reading, writing and math?

Big Government : Tuesday Open Thread: Revolution Edition

I stand corrected. According to my Paine: Collected Writings, Common Sense was published Febuary 14, 1776 and The American Crisis I December 19, 1776, The American Crisis II, January 13, 1777, The American Crisis III, April 19, 1777, The American Crisis IV, September 12, 1777, The American Crisis V, March 21, 1778, The Crisis VI, October 20, 1778, The Crisis VII, November 11, 1778, there is more but it continues to The Last Crisis XIII, April 19, 1783. It seems by the dates that The American Crisis I-III are the pamphlets that were written that you refer to while the Continental Army wintered in Valley Forge. I stand corrected once more, I got my Valley Forge dates wrong. Maybe The American Crisis IV and V are the ones he wrote. LOL I dont know, I am exhausted now.

I believe Common Sense was published January 1776, you might be referring to The Crisis.
