Clark's defending for the first goal was atrocious. Allowing Pedro to get goal side of him was unforgivable. Too slow in reacting to the danger, it's only a split second but that's the difference between grabbing a point and heading home emptyhanded. In fairness he did score a wonderful headed goal but it only canceled out his earlier lapse leaving no allowance for Willian's little piece of magic late on. Hopefully he will eradicate this blunder prone part of his game when he pulls on the green shirt on as is likely when McCarthy names his first eleven in the coming months.
