<description>You say that based on what?  It&amp;#039;s not about winning the &amp;quot;hearts&amp;quot; of the police, it&amp;#039;s about securing the support of the people at large.  If the police are corrupt and unwilling to fight then that&amp;#039;s going to lose a lot more &amp;quot;hearts&amp;quot; than a soldier telling them to do their job.  Putting a bit of stick about is better in the long term.  Plus I don&amp;#039;t buy your veterans argument for a moment. </description>
