If Seattle Mayor ever accidentally get his butt beat by one of the bully bad SPD(s)
(which is quite unlikely cause he's Caucasian), then he'll sure have no issues
with DOJ's implementation requirements.

I always re-use and re-cycle my grocery plastic bags
and sure don't see lot of plastic bags linger on
streets...so not sure where the major trash problem
comes from. Come to think of it...I think I see more
fast food paper bags & cups on steeets.

Ban fast food and coffee joints in Seattle
next? Drive everyone out!

Now people are foreced to BUY plastic bags
for trash cans, littler bags, and what nots.

Seattle leaderships are really clueless and
totally not factor in the increase of cost and
burden for the people. The energy & tress needing
to be downed to make paper bags.

Less shopping in Seattle for me I guess.
