Sat, 8 Aug 2009 14:47:40 +0000 http://www.kcrg.com/news/business/52711177.html#IDComment30053605 http://www.kcrg.com/news/business/52711177.html#IDComment30053473 I HATE mediacom... in the year that I have had mediacom I've had four different service guys out to my apartment, this is my second cable box, i was part of a 3 day service outage that included both cable and internet... last week i was part of another outage, the day after that outage my cable went out again and guess who got put on hold for twenty minutes while they said they were going to reset my box remotely- it finally reset an hour after my call was ended... the service lady said that my signal was "really slow" oh and the tv is always tiling on me, i randomly do not have the additional cable channels that i am paying for for hours at a time and only have the main local channels which is BS so #@$& mediacom... they are HIGH if they think they can charge their unsatisfied customers more money for crappy service. To all of you out there: if you have the option to use a different cable/internet service do. I can guarantee you will be happier.
