Yes his teams do play long ball, but they also can play good paasing football... so isnt that a sign of a good manager that can mix it up? O'Neill was my first choice, but I think Allardyce will do a good job and get us up... and maybe even surprise a few fans on the way that he is not just one dimensional. I had doubts about him when he signed. He has really impressed in his work rate and attitude. I think the fact he is getting paid 1k a week is also a good indicator that he is not playing for the money and has the right attitude and wants to prove himself for us. Mido worked hard and looked good. Ilan took his goal well and I think he could do well. Stan made a massive difference when he came on. Couldnt pass or keep the ball in the first half. Upson is normally solid but he was woeful for their first goal.
