Misssissippi is also saying they do not want the money due to the Strings attached to it. The Stemulas Bill is offering a Fund to extend Un-Employement Checks and the State has to extend the time frame a person can draw Un-employment. After the Special Funds run out it is up the each State to continue the funding on thier own. Taxes will have to be rasied by the State to fund un-employment for the longer period you can recieve the Checks.
