i'm not really sure Nick Fury was an ending as much as is was a precursor to the upcoming Avengers movie. And speaking of Iron Man, which did have "alternate" endings (tho both resulted in the death of Obidiah Stane). Will there be Multiple (alternate) Endings, or Multiple Precursors? And if precursors, will each be for a different upcoming movie?

Personally, i'm not fond of multiple "endings", as then there is no "Original" story.

This sounds like the ol "what would happen if an unstoppable force, met an immovable object", debate. The general consensus is some kind of Paradox, and the End of the Universe. However, if an object is truly immovable, then it would Allow the unstoppable force to Pass-thru without so much as whisper of resistance. The same would also be true of the unstoppable force; passing-thru the immovable object, without so much as a mis-step.

Unfortunately, in the world of human emotion, there is an element which is both unstoppable and immovable. It is called Offense!. In physics, it is the reaction, to the action. In spirit and emotion, ..well, you wrote about that in your post above with both characters harboring bitterness and spite, even from past offenses.

Nevertheless, once offended; the immovable can no longer remain, and the unstoppable can no longer continue. Because of an offense, both would essentially Lose their identity's becoming both movable and stoppable. But alas, insanity knows no logic. And Both, therefore, would be locked in a battle until the end of time itself.

Of course we're going to watch the movie anyway. But that's not the point. The point is that NOW we're going to wonder "how it ended somewhere else" until, and this is the kicker, it comes out on DVD!

Aaaah! So Now i'm beginning to think, the Leak was all part of the plan. ;)
