Big Hollywood : 'Atlas Shrugged' Review: The Timing Couldn't Be Better

My dilemma is that it's not in theaters near me. I'll have to travel 35 miles to see it. Hope enough interest is generated so that it will be shown locally.

Big Hollywood : Trump vs. Obama: Accomplished Celebrity vs. Shallow Celebrity

If "the Donald" wants to be taken seriously, he'll have to get rid of that ridiculous hair. What is his problem? Does he think that swooping hair from the back of his head will make people forget he's bald? Get a toupe or go natural, Mr. Trump....it's time!

Big Government : Meghan McCain: Bachmann a 'Poor Man's Sarah Palin'

Sorry, but she's not a very bright young lady. Just goes to show that being the offspring of a successful politician does not guarantee intelligence.....as ably proven by Ron Reagan, Jr.

Breitbart.tv : Government Uses Andy Griffith to Pitch Medicare Changes

Doesn't it warm your heart to know that a wealthy Hollywood actor is so enthralled with Obamacare? Andy doesn't have to worry that rationing of services will eventually kill him off like the average Medicare recipient will. He obviously has the coin to pay for the best medical care in the world.....without the use of Medicare. So using him as a shill to propagandize seniors won't work. By the way, if Obamacare is so great why is it necessary to pay a celebrity to boast about its superiority to the current Medicare.

Big Hollywood : Open Happy Birthday Thread: Steve McQueen

No, I think his demise started when he left Neile Adams. She seemed to be able to keep him grounded.....except when the lure of other ladies finally ended their marraige.

Think you're so right about Damon and Affleck. They can't compare to McQueen in acting or sex appeal.

Another poster claimed Steve appealed more to men than women. O contrare! He was just as cool in "Bullett" as in "The Great Escape," especially when he jumped out of bed and patted down his hair. Not only cool, but a guy with great acting chops.....as proven in "The Sand Pebbles."

Breitbart.com : Tea partiers vow revenge over health overhaul

Some of the comments here are a little disturbing. I'm in agreement with the Tea Partiers but I don't want to see illegal/violent acts commited. Perhaps some of those comments were made by agent provocateurs, but if not my suggestion is to calm down. We have to remain focused on removing the Leftists and RINOs in Congress and replacing them with principled conservatives. It's taken decades for the Left to get here. I suspect many posters have only recently wakened to the threats to our freedom while many others have been in the fight since the Goldwater/Johnson election in 1964. I repeat.... stay calm, focused, dedicated and we will succeed.

Big Hollywood : 'Public Enemies' Deserves a Second Look

I don't think his "rock stardom" with the public was emphasized enough. Also, what happened to the "lady in red"? In radio programs and films of the past. the prostitute wore a red outfit to alert Purvis when they exited the Biograph Theater. In addition, his riddled body was on display for the public. One last thing - I almost left the theater during the first five minutes because the jerky closeups from one actor to another made me dizzy - I had to close my eyes. When will directors learn that a portion of their audience is not addicted to MTV or video games? Jerky camera motions ruined the most important scenes of "Pearl Harbor."
