they havent worked that hard, i am also a developer like the Dev Team and i have been looking at the quickfreedom program. I have a way where i can incorporate the 3.0 firmware bundles into that program. Then i will change the formats and 2g ipod touch uses can update to 3.0 firmware and jaikbreak. I will post a link to the download when im done.

what a joke, you could have told us that we wouldnt be able to jailbreak our 2g ipod touch so we didnt waste our time!!! Thanks Alot Dev Team!

no you wont lose them as long as you make a backup in itunes.
