I have been labled a "deadbeat dad" by the State of Iowa. As such, I have no right to any form of license or p.a.s.s.p.o.r.t. or the use of any financial i.n.s.t.i.t.u.t.i.o.n. regardless of how it affects my children.

In case you were unaware, They tend to only report(or brag) about the chases when they catch the driver. I have personally outrun the police several times and have gotten away with it.
