My question was specifically about the extreme SPEED of Obama's actions (the terrifying rapidity taxpayer money expenditure, to name the most obvious example). We barely have time to go Duh? or Wha? before another bunch of our billions are spent. Is this speed a deliberate tactic? If it is, it's a pretty shrewd one.
