Fantastic review. I really don't know what to think of this one now. On the one hand, all the positive feedback it has garnered has led me to have some really high hopes for it, but on the other hand your review doesn't make it out to be a very "exciting" show. Plus, I know next to nothing about mecha anime. I guess I'll see how it turns out for me once I finally make some time to watch it.

I really don't blame them. Germany played spectacularly in that match, but I do believe that Australia has lots of potential in this World Cup. I'm sure they'll show us a different side in the match against Ghana.

It's really not that bad - it's exactly what you would expect from an average slasher movie. I say it's definitely worth checking it out only to see how Jackie Earle Haley handles the role.

I actually enjoyed the first half of the movie quite a lot and I thought the build-up was pretty impressive (as much as you could ask from an After Dark movie, anyway), but it all went downhill from there. It just seemed like this movie has no ideas whatsoever as to what to do with the plot.
