Every single restricting gun law against law abiding citizens is unconstitutional, according to the 2nd amendment. IMO, it is the easiest to understand, and most clearly written right that the American people have, OR ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE... I seriously can't believe that there's even an argument. The 2nd amendment CLEARLY gives "the people" the right. How things stand now, with all these un-American laws, only criminals have total access to fire arms, while law abiding citizens have to jump through hoops to practice their "right". Uncle Ted is 100% correct. Any one in favor of these unconstitutional/un-American laws are on the side of criminals, and evil. What upsets me most of all is how ignorant the people of this country are. How easily they are fooled into giving up rights that people before them died for... The politicians count on the ignorance, and we the people hardly ever seem disappoint them in that department. But websites like this shows that there is some hope! Let's stop rolling over and acting like "subjects". We need to take control of our country before it's too late.
