How about you realizing that we, too, have a right not only to judge, but to express our judgements! This is a free country, lady. These people are nuts. Probably were poorly reared. Probably wrestling w/ addictions and addictive behavior. Don't let them near your children.

Breitbart.com : Heaven is a \'fairy story\', says Stephen Hawking

Monsignor Georges Henri Joseph Édouard Lemaître , in addition to being a priest, was an astronomer and professor of physics at the Catholic University of Louvain. What are Hawkins theological creds? I don't deny the Big Bang Theory. However, Hawkins denies God.

The Church is filled with brilliant men. How do you think Hawkins stacks up against John Paul II or Pope Benedict XVI?

The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom, not the end of it. The end of it is love, and God is pure love.

To go? What does that mean? To die? You're not arguing from a Christian perspective, that's for sure.

What are Hawkins theological qualifications to opine on God ? While a scientist strictly concerns himself with that which can be empirically measured, the theologian does not. God is pure spirit.

Breitbart.com : Tired of violence, Mexicans ready for mass protests

Something's missing from this story. Does this journalist regularly take on the drug cartels in his stories? Is there a possibility that this guy's son was deliberately targeted? Is this journalist a member of the PRI party, which is running against the drug war because there's an upcoming presidential election in Mexico? Are these protests organized or coordinated in any way by the PRI? I'm always astounded by what Americans think about Mexico, as evidenced in so many of the comments above. Most of American's ideas come Hollywood films that portray Mexico negatively, or from the newspapers which do the same. I just came back from spending a month in Queretaro, about three hours north of Mexico City. Very few gringo tourists there (like myself). Gorgeous city, very polite people, safe, very family oriented, culture up the kazoo, booming economy. Any American who visited there (or just about anywhere outside the border towns) would have to reconcile Mexico's reality with his Hollywood-formed, media-twisted misconceptions. Viva Mexico.

NY1 here in NYC reported that a Vietnamese interpreter had been called to the scene. Is the shooter an American citizen? An illegal immigrant?
