What I have found is that people tend to hesitate in "sponsoring up" because they are living in fear from something. That fear is usually from rejection or being looked upon as being "less than". The real sadness is that many people that a person shy's away from is looking for some kind of answer to escape the rat race of life.

Michael, Very well said. The one sentence that stands out the most for me is - "A setback forces a leader to grow,evolve until what was once difficult becomes commonplace." Let's hope that as leaders we all see those setbacks quickly, embrace them and grow just as fast.
